Mamta brings over 20 years as a tech leader delivering products for organisations including Amazon, Sky, and the BBC, alongside building a successful leadership coaching practice since 2017. With an MSc in Psychology & Neuroscience of Mental Health from King’s College, she blends technology, coaching, and science to reimagine midlife support.
Jo is a talent and learning specialist with over 25 years’ experience at Unilever, Google, and Dentsu‑Aegis, where she has led culture, growth, and capability-building across global teams. Together, they combine lived experience, commercial rigour, and a shared belief in purpose‑led work to help people thrive through life’s transitions.
Samantha is a seasoned finance leader with more than 25 years at Accenture, including roles as Managing Director and Finance Director for EMEA, bringing deep expertise in financial strategy and scaling sustainable growth.
